Wall Ball


1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a medicine ball in front of the body at shoulder height.

2. Squat down until thighs are parallel with the floor, keeping the chest up and the back straight.

3. Drive through the heels to stand up, throwing the medicine ball overhead to a designated spot on a wall or target.

4. Catch the ball at shoulder height with both hands.

5. Repeat.
