Jump Squat


1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, toes slightly pointed out.

2. Bend the knees and lower the hips into a squat position.

3. Explosively jump up, extending the hips, knees, and ankles.

4. Land softly on the balls of the feet, keeping the knees slightly bent.

5. Immediately lower back into the squat position.

6. Repeat.
