Sit Up


1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.

2. Place your hands behind your head, elbows out to the sides.

3. Engage your core and exhale as you explosively curl your torso up towards your knees.

4. Touch the outside of your feet with your hands.

5. Inhale, extend your arms back overhead, and lower your torso back to the starting position.
