Single Arm Kettlebell Swing

Instructions

1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, toes slightly pointed out, and a kettlebell on the ground in front of you.

2. Hinge at the hips and grab the kettlebell handle with one hand.

3. Keeping the back flat and core engaged, drive the hips forward and swing the kettlebell up to shoulder height.

4. Allow the kettlebell to swing back down between the legs, keeping the arm straight.

5. Drive the hips forward again and swing the kettlebell up to shoulder height.

6. Lower the kettlebell back to the ground and repeat.
