Russian Kettlebell Swing

Instructions

1. Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, toes slightly pointed out.

2. Hinge at the hips and grab the kettlebell with both hands.

3. Keep the back flat and core engaged.

4. Drive the hips forward and swing the kettlebell up to shoulder height.

5. Allow the kettlebell to swing back between the legs.

6. Hinge at the hips and drive the hips forward again to swing the kettlebell up to shoulder height.

7. Return to the starting position.
