Ruck Box Step Up


1. Start in a standing position with feet hip-width apart, wearing a strap-secured ruck on your back.

2. Place one foot on the box, making sure the entire foot is supported by the box.

3. Push through the heel of the foot on the box to stand up onto the box.

4. Step the other foot up onto the box and stand all the way up.

5. Carefully step down from the box with one foot.

6. Step down from the box with the other foot.

7. Repeat the movement for the desired number of reps.
