Ring Dip

Instructions

1. Start in a standing position with arms extended and hands gripping the rings.

2. Raise the legs, the lower the body by bending the arms and keeping the elbows close to the body.

3. Continue lowering until the shoulders are below the elbows.

4. Push back up to the starting position, keeping the elbows close to the body as you press.

5. Lock out the arms at the top of the movement.
