Kipping Handstand Push Up


1. Start in a tripod headstand position with legs straight against the wall and hands shoulder-width apart.

2. Lower knees towards the ground while keeping hands on the ground and elbows bent.

3. Extend your hips, knees and feet up and towards the wall to generate momentum in the push-up.

4. As you reach the top of the movement, extend your arms and legs straight and press your hands into the ground.

5. Lower your body back to the starting position.
