Handstand Walk


1. Start in a standing position with feet together and arms by your side.

2. Bend forward at the hips and place hands on the ground, shoulder-width apart.

3. Kick both legs up into the air, keeping them straight and together, with toes pointed.

4. Walk the hands forward, keeping the legs straight and core engaged in the handstand position.

5. Continue walking the hands forward until you've traversed the necessary distance.

6. To come out of the handstand, lower your legs back to the ground and stand up.
