Handstand Hold


1. Start in a standing position with feet together and arms by your sides.

2. Bend forward at the hips and place your hands on the ground, shoulder-width apart.

3. Kick your legs up and over your head, keeping your arms straight and your core engaged.

4. Keep your legs straight and together, and your toes pointed.

5. Hold the position for as long as possible, keeping your core engaged and your body in a straight line.

6. To come out of the handstand, lower your legs back to the ground and stand up.
