GHD Sit-Up


1. Begin upright on the GHD, with the feet securely in the restraints, pad slightly lower than the glutes, and body in a seated position.

2. Place one hand on your core as you extend the other hand and hinge backwards towards the ground.

3. Engage your core to lift your upper body, bringing your chest towards your knees.

4. Tap the footrest, then switch hands and complete a repetition reaching for the floor with the other hand.
