Dumbbell Twist

Instructions

1. Sit upright with feet hip-width apart and knees slightly bent, holding one dumbbell in both hands.

2. Twist torso to the right, bringing the dumbbell up and across the body.

3. Return to the starting position.

4. Twist torso to the left, bringing the dumbbell up and across the body.

5. Return to the starting position.

6. Repeat.
