Dumbbell Row


1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, and back straight.

2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with palms facing in.

3. Bend forward at the hips, keeping the back straight and core engaged.

4. Allow the arms to hang straight down from the shoulders.

5. Pull the dumbbells up towards the rib cage, keeping the elbows close to the body.

6. Squeeze the shoulder blades together at the top of the movement.

7. Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.

8. Repeat.
