Dumbbell Hop Over


1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, with a dumbbell on the ground next to you.

2. Bend the knees and hips slightly, lowering your body into a partial squat.

3. Explosively extend the hips and hop to the side.

4. Land softly on the balls of the feet, with the knees slightly bent.

5. Repeat from the other side.
