Dumbbell Deadlift


1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, toes slightly pointed out.

2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with palms facing in.

3. Hinge at the hips and bend the knees to lower the torso and bring the dumbbells to the floor.

4. Keep the back flat and core engaged.

5. Drive through the heels to stand up and lift the dumbbells to the starting position.
