Burpee Box Jump Over


1. Start in a standing position with feet shoulder-width apart.

2. Squat down and place hands on the ground.

3. Jump feet back into a plank position.

4. Lower the chest and abdomen to the ground.

5. Press your body upward and jump feet back to hands.

6. Jump onto the box, landing softly.

7. Step or jump off the box to the other side.

8. Repeat.
