Burpee

Instructions

1. Start in a standing position with feet shoulder-width apart.

2. Squat down and place hands on the floor in front of you.

3. Jump feet back into a plank position.

4. Lower chest and thighs to the floor.

5. Push up to the plank position.

6. Jump feet back up to the hands.

7. Stand up and jump into the air, reaching arms overhead.
