High Bear Crawl


1. Begin in a standing position with feet shoulder-width apart.

2. Reach for the floor with both hands and place them on the ground in front of you, shoulder-width apart.

3. Keep your hips higher than your shoulders as you move through the duration of the movement.

4. Step forward with right foot and left hand.

5. Take another step forward with left foot and right hand.

6. Continue to move your feet and hands forward in a crawling motion until you reach your desired distance.
