Bar Facing Burpee


1. Begin in a standing position with feet shoulder-width apart.

2. Squat down and place hands on the floor in front of you.

3. Jump feet back into a plank position.

4. Lower chest and thighs to the floor.

5. Push up to the plank position.

6. Jump feet forward toward the hands.

7. Stand up and jump over the bar, both feet landing together.
